MY EXPERIENCE:
I have dealt with the quarter-life crisis and struggled to find meaning in my studies. Journaling has helped me a lot. I write in my bullet journal daily and like to reflect on the day. I believe that every day has something to teach you. And when you’re stuck in situations where you don’t know what to do next, self-reflection helps a lot. As does simply getting started. I started volunteering at an NGO and realized that I was passionate about helping others and positively impacting the world. I undertook various leadership positions related to it, which provided me with the opportunity to make a difference and gain valuable skills along the way.
