THE WHYs AND WHATs OF VALENTINES DAY
St Valentine’s Day is an annual festival celebrating romantic love, friendship, and admiration. People celebrate this day by sending messages of love and affection to their loved ones.
Now there are two kinds of people in the world:
1) Those who think Valentine’s Day is a clever marketing ploy and a commercial celebration and despise it.
2) Those who love hearts, chocolates, the color red, and the general romantic atmosphere that precedes the day.
Now if you fall into the second category, this post is for you! And even if you don’t believe in the holiday but want to spruce up your bullet journal for February and get some really cool bullet journal ideas, this post will help you!
WHAT IS BULLET JOURNALLING?
New to journaling? Don’t worry; I have you covered. Here’s what it means in short.
A bullet journal (sometimes known as a BuJo) is a method of personal organization developed by designer Ryder Carroll. The system organizes scheduling, reminders, to-do lists, brainstorming, and other organizational tasks into a single notebook.
It’s an all-in-one book to help you stay organized and become more productive. And the best part about a bullet journal is that it uses a technique called rapid logging. This means that unlike a personal diary or a journal, you don’t need to write about every aspect of your day. SUPPLIES YOU NEED FOR A BULLET JOURNAL
The best part about a bullet journal is that you can customize it according to your needs and the material you already have. You don’t really need any of the fancy materials that people use. You could use them to make it look more attractive, like these cute roses and red heart stickers, or these heart stickers, but they’re definitely not a necessity! You’re good to go as long as you have a pen and a preferably blank or dotted book! You can also bullet journal in a binder.
